Hi all,
When i create a SQVI report is it user specific? Or can other multiple users access it?
As in, after i set it up, do i have to set it up seperetly in other users PC's?
Is there a way for the others to access the SQVI report that i create, and can you please specify the steps to do that?
Thanks in dvance
Hi,
You have 2 options :
- Convert SQVI report in SQ01 :
--> Tcode : SQ01
--> In menu bar : Query / Convert Quickview
Choose your quickview
- See all SQVI reports for all users :
--> Tcode : SQ02
--> In menu bar : Settings / Settings
Choose : display system objects
--> In sQ01 : you can select "User Group" with beginning
by "SYSTQV000XXX" with the user name.

Hi Kase,
I have not the problem. I think, you have a problem of authorization objects.
In the field "Quickview", you enter the name of SQVI report for user name (you can select user name). With matchode for quickview, you can see SQVI reports for the user.
Then, you can click and a new pop-up displays. You can enter a name of report AND infoset. The user group is the user group selected when you arrived in SQ01. Select user group before creating the report.
And, that's all folks !!

Lionel
Hi,
To create user group :
Tcode : SQ03
--> Enter your user group name and create (+ description)
The creation of infoset is during the conversion of SQVI report.
After choosing the SQVI report name, you can enter a new name ot the report AND the name of infoset. The infoset is created for the user group, in the same time of report.
For the consersion for quichview report, you create directly the report + infoset.

Lionel
Dear Friend,
Execute your SQVI report. Then go to system and then Status.
Copy the program name.
Next go to t-code SE93 and
create a transaction Zcustomer
Then enter the program name there.
and tick the three options of the reports.
SAP GUI for Java , HTML etc.
Next authorize this t-code to various users who would access the report

SAP SD

Hi,
After defining report in SQVI, U create Transaction code for the same report so it can be accessed by any user.

Hi kase,
By using SQVI you are generating quick view, by which u can merge and see the datas from the different table, so it is USER SPECIFIC,
as suggested by my friend use SQ01 and steps to create Query which can be used by everyone,.
Thanks,
Raja

SQVI is user specific. Instead use SAP Query SQ01.
