Hii SAPfans,

i have run the report that having 2000 pages using background mode. Now i would like to download it into my local PC, the problem is, when i'm download it into my PC, the system give abap dump time out error,,,

is there any posible ways or extra program that can help me download this report into my PC ?

Hi,

Download the data to Application server using OPEN DATASET & execute this program in background.

Once the job is complete, you may use CG3Y, CG3Z to upload download files from application to presentation server.

Hi,

I came across this post of yours. I too have a similar problem.

Can you share the process you followed to solve this?

I tried using the FM 'CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF', but somewhere or the other it fails.
