Dear Experts,

My client wants to create a po ,ie,the vendor is material supplier and services .I have to create po for materials as well as services .Is it possible to create a po including two items.how i can proceed.

Hi Ram,

Suggestion:

1. By using Item categories, you can put the Purchase Order in two line items (i.e 1st line item - With MMR, 2nd line item - for Services ( item Category - 'd').

2. Then Further GR can be done separately. But IR can be done in a single step by doing IR with respect to PO. ( Also Check whether the IR indicator in the PO should be checked).

Hello

Do PO as normal with 2 line items.

First one with material with material master record and the other with item category D for services.

While doing migo it will be for material receipt and for services it will be service entry sheet and service acceptance.

At the time of invoice receipt you can do migo together or individually.

Do po with 2 line items...

One material with MMR

second one Services with service master and item cat...

And then can do GR and IR differently for both...
