SLD Check list and Settings on new server

Hi,

I am going to get new PI installedserver. Wat are all the Basic things i have to do before starting the integration development. i am going to do the jdbc to proxy integration. Tell me wat are all the pre requisite things i have to check for this integration, and wat are all things i have to configure.

Plz revert back if u need any clarrification.

Hi,

XI Server readiness check

1) Check SLDCHECK on ABAP Stack

2) Check the INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI, RFC of Type H is fine or not & the Response is 500 while Connection Test.

For your Scenario Specific,

1) You have to Install the JDBC Drivers on Xi Server inorder to Configure your JDBC Scenario

2) For implementing the Proxy

You have to Activate ABAP Proxies on Application Server(R/3). Check this gor the same

hi

As it is JDBC-XI-PROXY

check the RFC destinations LCRSAPRFC and SAPSLDAPI

check the sld connection using t.code SLDCHECK

Verify the userid and password from SLDAPICUST

check the RFC destination of type H,verify the user id and password.(service no,path prefix)

configure the business system as local integration engine from SXMB_ADM
