There is no need of creating Form 16, You can generate Form-16 by using this T-code PC00_M40_F1 6

In Form-16 Uniform allowance is getting added in Gross Emoluments. Pl let me where I should configure this.

Hi Adi,

When I used the T Code PC00_M40_F16 to generate Form-16, I am getting the details of From Date, End Data, Emp No and Name, address, PAN No. are only visible.

Kindly guide me on further details like earnings/deductions etc.

Please check if the employee has the results for the period. Form 16 gets generated only when there is results for the period

hi surya,

i think when we run a payroll basing on our configurations(earning , deductions) system will calculate and we can see below the payslip i.e form 16.

i hope this makes u understand.
