ESS leave report

Hi All,

I need to develop a simple report for ESS like below.

Parameter is Approver (USRID or PERNR).

Output like :

1) Name of Approver 2) Org Unit 3) Name of Applicants / Employees reporting to Approver

Can anybody tell where can i get Name of Applicants / Employees reporting to Approver details. This is for ESS reporting. My ESS is single level approval.
