[SAP Business One 2005 PL12 to PL 46 upgrade]


Our customer has been on SAP Business One 2005 PL12 for quite a period of time and now we are proposing them to upgrade to the latest patches.

However, our user is concern about the impact, for example certain functionalities might be missing or change after upgrade and they has requested us to get some document from SAP(letter of assurance) to assure that after the upgrade the new functionality will not jeopardizes their daily operations.

Is there any document that can be provided by SAP on this?
