can anybody explain the diffrence ebetween daily requirement and indivuduall requiremnt
in which situation should i use

Daily requirement - Daily requirement means several requirements are grouped together and presented as one line in stock requirement list, hence you will not be having any details of individual sales order.
Individual requirement - Each requirement is shown in different line even though the requirements of the same date.

If u are talking abt the availability check, then alone does not have a role. When combined with a rule it makes scope of check. Just go through the scope of check for better understanding. For example u can define whether to consider or not consider the safety stock in MRP run.
