Hello,

Please I need some help related to PAT files.

I have one PAT file number RMZ0020123456_0000045.PAT

This PAT file was not created by me.

Now I want to see what transports were included in this PAT file.

Please can you help me in getting this information.

I had already tried SAP HELP, tcodes SSDC & SSDA, but of no help.

May be I am doing something wrong.

Please advice.

With Regards,

Sunny

Hello,

usually there is a corresponding ATT file with the same name. And there is a description of the content.

But even in the PAT files I can see in the first line a description what the content is.

I'm talking about PAT and ATT files from SAP. Where did you get this other one?

Hello Michael,

Sorry I could not get you.

What are ATT files, I don't know.

But these PAT files are created by our developers.

Thanks and Regards

Hello Sunny,

the only PAT files I know come directly from SAP and are Support Packages provided by SAP to keep the SAP system up to date. They are located on the SAP server (on the transport host) in the directory /usr/sap/trans/EPS/in(Unix).

Where are your PAT files located?

On the SAP server?

Hello Michael,

We have our own name space.

So we created our own Support Packages for our different Products.

These are created using SSDC and SSDA.

That's all I know. My knowledge is limited to this point only. One of the customer were send this PAT file.

Now I want to know what released transports are included in this PAT file.

Is there any way I can know that.

With Regards,

Sunny

please advice

Hello Michael,

Thanks a lot for all your help.

I have already send a mail to my developers who created this.

I will surely share it with you, when I get the response.

Thanks for taking interest.

Thanks and Regards,

Sunny

Did you ever find a solution to your problem? I'm having the same issue. SSDC only generates a PAT file and not an ATT file. PLease help.

Thank you,
