How To make a GRN Without Making PO

Dear all,

PLease help me out for i have 900 GRN is backlogs. so i want to make direct GRN without PO if it is possible. and can we upload the GRN with LSMW or Not.

Yes, You can Upload all the GRN with out Pos using MIGO 501 Movement type (Goods Receipt with out Purchase Order)

Stock can also be Initially Uploaded using MB1C 561 Movement type. But, this can be done Mostly during go live.

Try transaction : MB1C - Goods receipt Others with movement type 501 - Goods receipt without purchase order.

HI

Check in customizing whether you have maintained creation of automatic PO during good receipt.

Menu path : MM -> Inventory Management -> Goods Receipt -> Create Purchase order Automatically -> Activate Auto PO creation for Mvt type.

And then activate Auto PO creation in vendor master & in Material Master Purchasing View.
