Hi,

in tcode ob45, data for updating SD, the update field is 000012.

does it mean order with open status also will be added in sales value in FD32?

i created 1 order with open status but the order value does not add in sales value. why?

Hello,

yes in OB45 you can define the updating group. If you use updating 12 then the infostructure S066 should be updated for open orders.

But additionally you should maintain the customizing for creditmanagement.

The transaction OB08 should be maintained and in OMO1 the infostructures S066 and S067 shlould be flagged as relevant for updating.

Please check the order:

The open order value is only updated for schedule lines that are relevant for delivery.

Update group 000012

Sales order

Increases open order value from delivery-relevant schedule lines

Delivery

Reduces open order value from delivery-relevant schedule lines

Increases open delivery value

Billing document

Reduces open delivery value

Increases open billing document value

Financial accounting document

Reduces open billing document value

Increases open items
