how to configure two sales orders into one delivery

i have two sales orders 8412 and 8414 . i want to create one delivery.. help me how to combine

Dear Murali,

This is with reference to ur query of combining 2 sales orders into a single delivery.

First of all check in the customer master record of the customer whether in sales are data in shipping field whether combine delivery is allowed. if the customer material info record is also maintained then u also have to check in the same. If not you have to maintain the combine orders field.

Moreover following criteria should also match for order combination.

1. Shipping point

2. Ship to party

3. Route

4. Incoterms

5. Delivery date

then use VL10 for collective processing

HI

You Can Use VL10C or VL10A Click on Slaes Order Tab input Upper and Lower Limits of Sales Order and Execute .

In The Pop Up window Click on the white box of the respective sale orders and click on Background At bottom you can see an information, "See log for information about creating deliveries". Now press Shift F4 so that a data will be displayed in the system. Place your cursor on that and press "Documents" You will get delivery reference.

Make a note of it and go to VL02N to check the details

as the colleagues describe before please check the customer master data.

Afterwards you should go in transaction VL10 for cllective processing delivery Creation.

you will find some transactions in the following menue path:

> Menue

> Logistics

> Sales and Distribution

> Shipping and Transportation

> Outbound Delivery

> Create

> Collective Processing of Documents Due for Delivery

Hi there,

In customer master for ship-to, there is a field called Combine sales orders in Sales Area data Shipping view. Check the field to allow order combiantion into 1 delivery. This will flow into the order shipping.details.

Pls note that you can combine orders as long as their shipping points, ship-to, INCOTERMS & other header related data is same.

In the shipping tab of the customer master order combination check box should be checked. This data flows into the sale order. You can check manually also the checkbox order combination in the sale order. This check box is present Header Shipping and Item Shipping tab.

And while combining two or more sale orders into single delivery there are certain data like Ship to party, shipping point, delivery date, inco terms etc which cause delivery split and hence this data should be the same in the orders which you want to combine.

Try a search in this forum with delivery split for further info.
