What is the name of the standard internet application for a bid invitation.Please reply asap.

I think it's BBP_BID_INV.
Check in SICF transaction.

Standard Bid Invitation name if you see from the ITS screen is 'Process Bid Invitation' . The transaction name is 'BBP_BID_INV'
The name of the ITS application for the Bid invitation screen is BBP_BID_INV.
You can check the name of the application in transactions SICF/SE80.
