How to get IP address and host name

Hi Guys,

I am installing WebDynpro ABAP Stack in my lap top.

I need to add Host name and IP Address in host file.

Just want to check how to get these details.

Hi ,

1. For IP Address, have u configured 'MS Loopback Adapter' with a particular IP Address if ur installing in a standalone system.

2. For Host name , Add ur computer has as the host name.
