From source we have only 0CALMONTH, is it possible to populate 0FISCPER using 0CALMONTH in Transformation ?

try using FM FISCPER_FROM_CALMONTH_CALC in the routine to calculate the 0fiscper

It really depends on the definition of the fiscal period : if there is a link one to one between calmonth and fiscper, of course.

But, if for any reason, the fiscal period is not a month ... no way !

I remember in my past life the fiscal period was a number of full weeks, independant from the calendar month (except for fiscal period 1 which was always starting the 1rst of Jan and fiscal period 12 which ended always the 31rst of Dec.).
