Hi guys,
We have the following requirement.
We have configured one condition type "zdel" as delivery cost at header level. This is a fixed value condition type. We are ordering for 3 line items in the po. Quantity of line items is as follows
item1 100 Nos
item2 200 nos
item3 5000 kgs
Our requirement is that the total value entered at header level is to be distributed to 3 line items based on quantity or value of the items.
how to configure this?
Please suggest
Hi,
You can achieve this by making the condition type as follows.
Define the conditions as
Condition Class- A
Calculation type-B
Condition category-B
Plus/Minus-A
Check the box in
Group Condition
Round Diff Comp
Group Condition Routine--1
In changes which can be made tab
Manual Entries-C
Check the boxes in "Header Condition","Value"& "Qnty Relation"
In Master data tab
Enter ur Pricing procedure name
"delete fr. DB "-Do not delete
Valid from & Valid to dates mantain as required.
In Control Data -2
Check the "Accrual " check box
Than put your condition type in the calculation schema and enter the accrual Key.
After this settings you will be able to enter the Freight at header level which will distribute the value to each item in proportionate to total value of the items

Hi Dhruba,
Thanks a lot for ur detailed reply.
But our client is insisting for condition to be maintained at item-level as well as at headre level. For this reason iam activating item-level also in "changes which can be made"
Also What if if i keep "Grp cond routine" and "Round Diff Comp"?
is there any effect of above changes to what u have suggested/
Please reply
Hi,
In M/06, for Condition type "ZDEL" activate "Group cond." indicator and save then try it in PO (ME21N), it will start working fine.
