Hi friends,
Is it possible to assign the configuration profile for the materilas which are not having the material type KMAT.if yes how to proceed.

Yes you can do this.
First activate the indicator "Material is configurable" in Basic data 2 view of material master.
And then assign the Configurable profile for the material in CU41.
I tried that but i couldnt assign pls tell the steps f that.
