work-center timings not reflecting in maintenance order.

Hi,

My requirement is, I want the work-center timings to reflect in my call object (Maintenance Order) generated through a maintenance plan.

My scenario is: I've made a work-center with the following data,

wrkcntr category as 0005; usage 004; control key PM06 with scheduling indicator checked;

in capacities start-finish timings as, 06:00-14:00; operating time of 8hrs, and factory calendar is chosen for maint. people.

The order type say pm08 is selected.

now in the maint. plan we choose this work center in the planning data field.

Task-list is also attached and the data are OK.

in maint. plan scheduling parameter shift factor etc NOT given.

Now when after schedulling I got one order with the

SchedStart: DD.MM.YYYY 06:00

Sched.Fin.: NEXT DATE 06:00

but I need the date to be 06:00 to 14:00 as in the respective work-center.

For for fastly solving the problem my analysis:

I checked the order,goto operation tab,goto dates tab and found that basic finish time of activity is 24:00:00

If this is the reason than how to make it 08:00:00 default for this order type.

Hi Tyag,

sorry my network was not wrking.

Further the operation timing (single operation) is 7hrs only.

break hrs I hv not specified yet.

actually I hv made a simple one.

and for your info when I checked the call order

in operation tab,and clicking on dates tab found that

start time is correct as per wrkcentr but finish time of activity is after 24 hrs i.e next date and same time.

and one more thing there is restriction field and its showing 24:00:00 may be this is the reason.

can you give the details of restriction field ,whether any date is coming with time or time only .

have you specified any capacity utilization while defining capacity

Normally system will schedule based on the times you have specified in the capacity and the settings in IMG ( kindly check the settings in IMG whether automatic scheduling and forwards is maintained

Also check in capacity whether capacity utilization is specified

The capacity utilization is taken as 100 in this case.

Capacity as 8,00 H.

as I had already mentioned length of breaks is 00:00:00

If the requirement is not clear please let me know.

As you did all relevant settings system should calculate the exact time only ,iam just running out of suggestion.Kindly cross check with the standard workcenter in IDES and compare it

Dear,

Take lead for operation more so that you can observe changes.

Now I am doing the same but I am not facing the problem which you are.

Remember scheduling takes place after saving the order and the coming in change option you will observe.
