Also, check what is the recepient type filled in your Vendor masters (FK03-witholding tax data)? May be the recepient type you are typing in J1INCHLN is different from that of the vendor master
the most common reason for this error is vendor status is not maintained in vendor master and hence not picked in line time.
You can checked the same in J1INMIS in this report all line item will appear alongwith vendor status. if status field is blank then you have to repost all doculment
Check the selection criteria you filled, eg posting dates, business place. Also bring in the column of Business place in your FBL3N and check what business place you are using.
