Down pmt clearing through APP

Can we clear the vendor down payment automatically? I mean through APP can we do this?

APP automatically creates the invoices selected for the payment run.

Thanks for your reply. But here I am asking about down paymnet clearing through APP.

I have given down payment 1000/- to a Vendor

I received an invoice for the amount 2000/-

Now I have to pay 1000/- to the vendor.

Here my query is can I clear the down payment amount in APP at the time of balance 1000/- payment.

Additionally can we make down payments through APP? If yes please brief me the procedure?

hi,

You can do this. In tcode OBVU u can enter the DP sp gl that you are using for making down payment.

I couldn't find the setting to enter Sp. GL indcatir in TC:OBVU. Please tell me where i have to enter that one.

hi,

run tcode OBVU

Select company cpde double click

3 rd option will be vendor

in that first row will be - Sp. G/L transactions to be paid

here enter sp gl u want to pay through app
