Status Profile to restrict the process order

How to create status profile to restrict the process order when there are no MIC(Quality Characters) assign in the Receipe (C201) while creating the process order

Please let me know why od you need this?

There can be a simple solution if you share why you want the order nit to be created/released if MIC is not attcahed to routing? Do you have insp type 03?

Hi Mangesh,

I don't think this can be handle by User Status (Checks regarding MIC).Try to handle it by using User Exit.

- PPCO0007 to check or change header data when saving

- PPCO0001 to provide information at the time of saving (for

production orders and process orders)

Hi,

Create Status Profile BS02 can be assigned to one Process Order Type.

This can be done at definition of Order Type CORN.

You need to create a status profile in BS02

Double click the status profile.

Enter the user status as CRTD or REL

Tick the initial status as enabled

Place the cursor on the status profile

Select the object type as PP ORDER HEADER

Now choose the user status

Double click the user status

Goto create mode

select change and set forbid radio button

save.

Assign this status profile to order type CORN

thanks for reply i have created status profile & assign in the order type ,but at the time of process order the profile is not working so please give alternative for the same

Hi,

Process order Status profile can be created in transaction : BS02

Status profile is assgned to Process order type in transaction : CORN

Steps to create Status profile:

You need to create a status profile in BS02

Double click the status profile.

Enter the user status as CRTD

Tick the initial status as enabled

Place the cursor on the status profile

Select the object type as required

Now choose the user status

Double click the user status

Goto create mode

select change and set forbid radio button

save.

Assign this status profile to order type in OPJH TCode (Prodn order type). CORN (Process order type)
