integration between HR and CRM systems

Hi All,

How to integrare the SAP HR and CRM systems to get the Employees details.i mean i need to get the Employee master data to conduct the survey in CRM.

your help would be appreciated.

Hi Kenny,

If u want integrate between CRM to HRM client it is possible by creating RFC connection between these two client , u have to define RFC destination by using ABAP Connection type for Source client ot Target Client.

Check Tcode SM59 to define RFC destination, take help from technical team to enable access to HR database.
