Error While checking in and storing:I\DESIGN\Phase PDF\N 2389. pdf

Dear Experts,

I am getting the above shown error while storing the PHD doc.

we are using content server.

Even we checked Authorization object missing it is also correct.

Message No:26253

What might be the problem?

Please guide me

Check whether any authorisation issue..

I had a similar prob and resolved by adding S_Gui authorisation

Apply the the SAP notes 707568 and 820897 in transaction SNOTE.

We are using 6.2 version.

So the given notes are not applicable for 6.2 to release.

Can you get me lateast note for this error

Yes we are using content server.

Connection is also ok. and we checked Memory

there is enough memory.

And we also checked any authorization missing, it is also ok

Hi,

please check all the services of the SAP content server by a basis guy or the administrator who lokks after the servers.. If any of the services are stopped then restart the service.

If any one of the services are not available, then though the connection test to server shows ok the files will fail to check in

Hi,

If the system administrator allows, you can reboot the SAP content server. Restatring the SAP content server will restore all the services.
