Refresh BA codes for the table

Hi Gurus1

I have a quetsion regadring refreshing the BA codes in teh table. As theer are changes to the the BA codes often , so I need to create a report which can be used to update the BA codes for the table.

My question is do we have to create a report or its easier to manage by LSMW with which we can refresh the tables with teh BA codes?

Please advice.
