Error while making change in Web temple

Hi ,

While I am trying to make changes and save the web templete in Production Box /QA also , I am getting the below error .

Message Class : RSWWW

Message Number : 240

Message = " Object can't be processed due to transport problem " .

have any one faced this problem ? .

Pls let me know how can I solve this problem ?

why are your PROD and QA systems in changeable object option. not a good idea.

Hi Pankaj,

Avoid doing changes to the objects that were in Prod.

Instead of that make changes in dev and transport those changes to QAS/PROD
