PO Output change

Hi Experts,

I have a query for change output type in PO.

When a particular change is made in PO the change output type is triggered & when i see the print preview i can see the changes in the PO.

But when i delete all the line items in a PO, even though the change output message is triggered, when i see the print preview i get a message - No print-relevant changes to document 'PO Number' exist

In Message tab in PO, I could trigger the PO output. When I check the print preview I am getting this error.

because the deletion of the PO is not triggering the output

that;s the reason you see this message

Go to OMFS tcode and add the entry of field EKPO-LOEKZ and cehck all the box and routine should be 3

than it will trigger the output type

Hi Charlie,

I have routine 3 assigned against LOEKZ in OMFS. As i said the output type gets triggered. But i am not able to see print preview or send any output to the vendor after deleting all the line items.

Hi,

Anyone pls let me know if there is any solution for this.

I want to print the PO where all the items in the PO are deleted.

I am getting message ME140 'No Print relevant changes for PO xxx exist'.
