Reference Operation set not copying in full to Production order

Dear Masters,

While creating a Production order {with out material type} we are using REference operation set which has 7operations but only 2 operation only copying to production order.{only Operation 10 and 20}.

Please guide to understand the problem.

Hi,

Please check,

1. First check for the ordertype/Plant combination in "OPL8", the defination of routing selection. This should be "4".Task List type as "S" and activate the Check Box "TL".

2. lot size of ref opr set same as that of the routing, check the key date also

Or,

One more solution to create a order with reference operation set,is to use a trigger point.

Once you create a reference operation set.

Use T.code co31 to create a trigger point, chosoe create order with reference & choose a system status eg: PCNF. & click the user parameter tab.

The system will aks for the reference operation set no & group counter.

Then assign this reference operation set to the routing operation.

When you do partial confirmation of this operation, this will trigger the generation of a order.

To Clarify again

Suitation:We are creating Prod.Order without material.

{Order parameter in OPL8 we have tried 3 and 4 for routing selection}.

Problem:while creating order We are unable to copy routing details ,but it copies only Referenence operation set

under after clicking Enter reference operation Set.

Please help to check { Is it in Order without material only Ref.operation is possible to select and routing cannot be selected?}

You are creating the rework order with referance operation set.

As you Create a Standard trigger point in CO31.(Ex

Production)

Here you have define create order with Reference Op. Set.

Trigger Point as Create order with reference/order

number/sequence and op number.

So define all operation that you want in order in CA11.

Hello ,

I hope you are trying to create production order without material at CO07.

Please check below points,

1 will system give dialog box to select the reference operation set while creating production order

2. Task list selection type for Production Order type to be created at OPL8.

3. Any default values operation values copied to prodcution Order

Dear Pradeep kumar,

Under Order Dependent parameter,we have "3" for routing selection {Routing/Ref.of set auto select}.But instead of Selecting Routing with 7 operations its selecting ref.of set with 2 operations only.
