Year-End activities in SAP-HR (PY, BE, PA) ?

Hi,

Would anyone please let me know the common Year-End activites in SAP-HR (PY, BE, PA) [ US & Canada] ?

We need to start the year-end activites in our US & Canada (Payroll, Benefit and PA modules)

Please suggest.
