Settings for sending PO through Fax to Vendor from SAP

Can somebody pls tell me the settings required for sending PO to vendor by Fax through SAP system directly like Print & Email.

Hi,

You can send the po as a fax from your sap system.

we are sending the PO as a fax using relayfax software.

The simple way for this is that you configure relayfax server in the machine where your fax line is connected. This system provides the facility to send the email as a fax and same way it can accept a fax as an email.

after that you can send the PO as a email (where email format is 'Faxnumber@<Relayfaxmailid>.com. So relayfax software send the body message of the mail to faxnumber. It also send the attachment as a fax.
