Hi Nikhil,

008-09-19 15:28:24 8507 ERR 1 Backup + Backupmedium #1

(/backint/CP1) Could not open volume

Is /backint/CP1 accessible by the DB User?

Is this your Backupfile where you're recovering from?

Regards

Manuel

Hi

/backint/CP1 is the name of the pipe which I am using to take backup. The folder /backint is having permission 777 so database user is able to access the path /backint/CP1.

In the error log it is mentioned somewhere unable to create pipe......
