Inbound Delivery. One transfer order (TO) per each Handling Unit

Friends & Gurus:

When creating the transfer order for an inbound delivery (LT03), the system creates one TO per HU. Can I avoid this and create one single TO with several positions? I'm creating the TO before the Goods Receive (GR) and no TO Split is defined in the system.

According SAP documentation you can not avoid this:

"..You can generate putaway transfer-orders for inbound deliveries or for handling units. If there is more than one handling unit in the inbound delivery, the putaway transfer-order is split up in such a way that one transfer order is always generated for each handling unit..."

You might be able to use exit MWMTO012 Transfer order split.
