while running the payroll(indian) for an employee it is showing below error.'error message in processing i=of time data->GENPS->IT0007 not found on 31.12.2007

my emp hiried in 01.01.2008 and IT 0007 also got saved on same date. i genarated WS from 12.2007 to 12.2008.

i maintened all mandatery IT to run a payroll.

pls guide me as soon as posible

pa03 once and check the pu01 & pu03 and reply

for which period are you running the payroll?

hi thanks for ur replies ....i am running payroll for the period of 01.01.2008 to 31.01.2008(employee hired date is 01.01.2008) .

work schedules are genrated for the period 12.2007 to 12.2008 and also i maintained infotype 0007...still i am having same problem...what to do friends....

check u r periodic work schedule dates..

and generate work schedule.in tcode pt01.
