ChaRM: assignement of business partners

Hi!

I would like to know what is the approach to assign the business partner (Change Reguest Manager, IT Operator, etc.) to real users from tcode US01 within ChaRM?

I mean besides the SAP roles (SAP_SOCM_CHANGE_MANAGER, etc.)...

What are the appropriate tcodes therefore (BP, PPOMA_CRM, IB52, DSWP)?

Hi ,

Usally i will assing the bussiness partner number. DSWP --> EDIT --> create businees partner --> then i will select the user --> create business partner . By this way normally i will create business partber for all users incudes change manager , it operetor and so on. We can also do this using BP tcode.
