Release strategy

We're having a problem with our release strategy for PR's. We have no problem with releasing one at a time in ME54N, but the release''e aren't showing up when we try to release collectivly in ME55N. Any idea's. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Specify proper Release Code and select all the check boxes on the selection screen.

Also select Scope of list as "F" i.e. Collective Release and then execute.

Hi Eric,

Inspite of using ME55N the PR's are not displaying means any one of the following either the PR's are released or you are inputting the wrong PR's.

If none of the above then check the boxes appropriately as told by ashok.

Use ME55 for Colletive Release and not ME55N.

Go to ME55 and Specify Correct release Code and Release Group and then Execute.

Also Please Ensure Tick Mark against the Three Options :

Release Prerequisite Fulfilled

Requsitions for Ovrall Release

Requisitions for Item wise Release...

Please check whether, Overall release of purchase requisitions check box is selected in SPRO.

1. For purch req doc type

2. Release group (check release strategies).
