PO history

Hi

i have a deleted GR doc and deleted invoice. i want to check the PO number. i could not find in EKPO table through se16n.

also in se16n when i try to put the invoice receipt number it takes only one digit. usually it should take the whole 9-10 didgits whatsoever

i tried finding GR doc in mb03 and invoice in mir4. but to no avail.

please help

Hi,

It seems you have created the PO and did MIGO and MIRO and reversed both the migo and miro documents and forgot the PO number.

You can get back your following PO number by the following ways.

1.At SE16 Table EKKO , Fill the field Created by, and if you remember the date put the date and execute.

2.At ME23N screen open the document overview screen and select the first icon which will be like flower , in that select my purchase orders and execute.

3.After you get the PO number either you can see the po history in the PO or from the table EKBE.

Dear,

If you want to see purchase order number.

Just enter MIGO enter your reverse good receipt number in display mode.

Here you can see purchase order number in purchase order data at item detail level of MIGO.

SEE GR in MSEG...
