order items problem

Hi,

I have one porblem, following are the details.

Sales order created for 40 items and when delivery was created automatically through batch job, there were only first 4 items were copied rest all didnt.

I checked all relvent information and everyhing looks correct,

Went to order changes and didnt change any other information.Schedulelines are same,shipping criteria is same,

route is same etc... for all the items.

But what could be other problems?

please let me know.

Dear Vivek

Please check in delivery once it is executed, click from top menu bar "Edit -- Error log". This will give you exactly where the problem is.

For information, from one sale order, if all the line items are not flowing to delivery (subject to stock availability), the most possible reasons could be

- different transportation group

- different shipping point

- different Inco terms

- different business area

Check any of these is different at item level in that sale order.

HI Lakhmipathy,

All the line items ahve same shipping points, same transportation group,Inco terms, business area same routes.

And ther are no error logs in delivery or order.

Is there any possibility that the changes were not captured at order level.

May be route was changed automatically for all other line items. Thats the only possible reaon for this

Otherwise everything looks pretty good.

Hi vivek,

please go back to the sale order and check the log incompletion of the sale order:

VA03 ==> Edit ==> Incompletion Log
