Do not use field check box in vendor master for Fax

Hi,

As in vendor master record under comm. tab for fax their is check box 'Do not use' which when checked then that fax number can't be used in future for communicaton. But in my case when i am checking that box still fax is moving out to that number.

Can any one please tell me why this is happening?

And i can't delete that number bcoz i have to keep it as a record also i don't want to maintain any other fax number means i don't want any more fax comm.

On what logic is the fax number taken, by which details are send to the vendor.

Hi Kannan,

by default i am sending fax to every vendor and i have maintained NEU , key combination is document type .But for some vendors i want to send fax and for some i don't want but in both cases i want to maintain their fax numbers.

As the data is not getting maintained so pls check with the ABAP consultant for the same...

Hi Priyanka,

But i am able to see that check box checked in vendor master , and i have verified the same in table ADR3 it's showing that check is set.
