Integrating Workorder in CIC screen?

Hello,

1. I would like to integrate the Workorders in the CICO Screen. Where it should be done? In Action box?

2. Following are the work orders need to be used.

- Field Verification

- Meter Removal

- Meter Installation

- Disconnection

- Reconnection

- Meter replacement

Can I create a single "Transaction" in the name work orders in "Technical" tab in Action box and use for all the work orders. Is it possible?

Hi,

I decided to integrate the work orders in Context menu of the objects as follows.

Meter removal, Meter replacement - In Context menu of Device.

Meter installation - In Context menu of Intallation.

Site Verifiacation - In Context menu of Premise

Disconnection / Reconnection order - From disconnection document.

Please give me your suggestions
