Controls for multiple value parameter and date type

Hi,

I was writing an application based on the guidelines mentioned at http://devlibrary.businessobjects.com/BusinessObjectsXIR2/en/en/BOE_SDK/boesdk_dotNet_doc/doc/boesdk...

Five possible scenerios have been mentioned based on the different types of parameters, or in other words based on different combinations of properties of a parameter. I couldn't find anyway of displaying the parameter fields which support multiple values i.e. the parameters which have EnableMultipleValues = true. Am I missing something?

Similarly, I was trying to take another properties into consideration e.g. if the datatype of prameter is Date then how do i display the calender controls? Is there more elaborate or updated guidelines?
