There is no item category assigned to account XXXXXXXX
we r in implementation, my problem we have by default only general ledger (new), but we have onlyl one company and only one company code. that is the reason we dont want to activated NEW G/L concept. but when ever i created a document in f-02, it shows the following error. There is no item category assigned to account 24210500/BPIN.
but i cheked in sdn. but all of them giving replay activated new g.l concept. is it mandatory to activated new g/l concept.
