Hi,

For multi level Categorization, you need to configure Category Modeler.

Add in Favourites : CRM_BSP_FRAME - Category Modeler

In Category Modeler,

1. Assign your Subject Profile in Application Area TAB.

2. In Categories TAB, Create parent child relationship of your code group contexts.

3. In General Data change the status to Active...

Now all these codes will appear in your screen as you have mentioned in Categories TAB. Based upon the selection of Parent (Category 1), Category 2 will change and so on..

Hope it will work...Rewd pnts

Hi Ankush,

I'm trying to do the same configuration as you did, but I'm having some issues.

Where I can find Category Modeler? What do you mean when you say to configure CRM_BSP_FRAME - Category Modeler?

We need to use more than 2 catalogs level in a business transaction contact. Do you know if is it possible?

Could you help us out, please?
