how to Recieve a external e-mail in SAP ABAP

Hi All

I have a requirement where I have to send a PO (interactive form) to vendor through mail.

The vendor will fill the form and send back it via email.

Now I want to read that form from the mailbox(inbox). How to read a mail data and attachment

Can I use Http_post for it ,if yes how ?
