Manage new view in transaction MM01, MM02 ed MM03

Hi,

I created a new custom view in material master data (as basic data 1 or basic data 2) to manage several information about client custom process. This view work correctly but I have a problem to solve.

I've got to show this view in transaction MM01, MM02 and MM03 only for one material type. I mean, if material that i create, modify or show is FERT - Finish product, in this case new view must be active.

LG-.material master-> field selection->Assign Fields to Field Selection Groups.Select your fields as groups or add esting group.

Then activate this gorup to requred material type as required or optional in Maintain Field Selection for Data Screens

You can thorughly check this two setting only.

Hi,

If can customize so that the view which created should be applicable only for a particular material type (ex: FERT). Go to SPRO-> SAP Customizing Implementation Guide-> Logistics - General-> Material Master-> Basic Settings-> Material Types-> Define Attributes of Material Types. Select the material type, and uncheck the customixed view for that material type in User Departments.
