Error Activating Queue with SXMB_ADM

We have applied the recommendations of SAP Notes 737625 and 906435 and also the SAP NetWeaver Process Integration Tuning Guide.

After restarting the PI 7.10 system and ensuring the ABAP AS and Java AS were operating correctly we are unable to activate the Queues with SXMB_ADM -> Administration -> Manage Queues.

We Deregister the Queues, then Register the Queues and attempt to activate the Queues. We get the message 'Registration Cancelled - Message no. XMS_ADM100'

Is there any log to see why the queues will not activate? Or what are the next steps?

Check for the lock symbol. If the queue is locked, then have to first unlock the queue before activation.

Or u might not be having enough authorization for the process.

You're right about that. Make sure that SMQ1 or SMQ2 are not being used.
