UD Connect Error when loading data

Hi,

I am using a UD connect interface to extract data.

Recently, I have been encountering random errors when extracting. The error is described as:

"S:RSSDK:400 Requested state cache element does not exist for k ey 8"

This is is a random error since sometimes the load is successful, sometimes it isn't. The key number in the error is also random meaning it is different numbers. For my example it is 8.

Please help me in my error. I'd appreciate it if anyone can lead me to the right solution.

Hello,

There is a bug with UDConnet. TO Resolve this , there are two options:

1. Ask your Basis to switch off load balancing for Java stack in your BW

2. If your data volume from your soruce is not too huge, pls. change the data package size so that all the data is extracted in single data package
