Backround colour issue in logo (TIFF format) for a smartform .

I tried uploading a logo (tiff format) through se78 transaction .

Initially the background colour of the logo was white .

But after uploading , the background colour of the logo is coming as grey shade(in print preview of se78) .

I need white shade as background .

Please respond if anyone has encountered the same problem before .

Save the image as 256 bitmap color using PAINT and then upload it using SE78.

Hi Amit .

Thanks for replying , but saving tiff format into 256 colour bit map is leading to some loss of colour information which i need to avoid . Thats why i am trying to upload tiff format only .

The tiff format is getting uploaded through se78 but grey background colour issue is there . I need white shade background .

Therefore i need some other way out . Please tell if any idea ?

Are There any documentations or official guidlines?

With 256 colours and bmp our logo is totally ugly......
