Creation Of Sales Order

HI Gurus,

Im new to sap, while i'm creating standard sales order, after entering item details when i press enter it will display error message 'VERSION 0 IS NOT DEFINED FOR FISAL YEAR 2008' please help me hoe to avoid this error

HI,

Try with T code OKEV Enter the controlling Area, highlight the zero record and double click settings for each fiscal year and add it or copy an existing year.

For copying Fiscal year 2007 to 2008, do the following:

- Go to T.code OKEV

- Select the required version

- Double click on "Settings for each fiscal year"

- Check whether fiscal year 2008 already exists

- Now you will get another screen where years are listed

- Select any previous fiscal year and press F6

- Another screen will appear, where you change the fiscal year to 2008

Press enter and save.

Hi,

IMG>controlling>general controlling>organization>Maintain versions.

Select the version 0 (standard), click on settings for each fiscal year.

you will get pop-up window, enter controlling area and version.

Enter fiscal year and select the copying allowed field.
