Hi Arun

Subsequent Delivery Free of Charge

When the sold material is rejected by customer and we r giving replacement material free of charge, instead of giving the Credit Memo to customer.

Order Type SD.

Item Category KLN

Reference Mandatory.

Free of charge Delivery

Order Type FD, is for free of charge item with item category TANN.

For both,

Hi there,

Free of charge is when you send the free samples to customers. FD is the order type.

Some times customer may return goods coz of damge or of poor quality. In that case, he returns the goods & requests substitution. In that case we create subsequent free of charge order type SD.
