commitments are not getting reduced after GR

Hi Dear Friends

We have a issue where PS commitments does not match the PO receivings

The problem is

using T- code "S_ALR_87013558 " to show the commitment of project

we find that the commitments are not getting reduced after GR

The PO 's have GR more than the commitment quantities, still the commitment is not zero.

Looking for pointers to resolve this,

Run CJEN transaction for the Projects(s). This rebuilds the PS info database. This will correct in case there are mismatches.

Hi Dear,

In cjen there are 6 check boxes in processing options tab when , which ones i should tick before execution.

Whether it is executed only once.

Remove check boxes Background, Testing, Delete and you can keep not keep the boxes of Error Log, Object List, and Detialed list ticked or unticked. Once this is done, execute the transaction with the project code(s).

Dear,

Account assignment catagory is found from requirmnet class and requirment class from requirment type.

Check the requitment Class and requirment type config.
