Deliveries On Saturdays

Hi Gurus,

My factory calender has Saturday as a working day. But when i try to create a sales order on a saturday the delivery date is given as the next monday. What are the settings i need to check. Pl help.

Dear Ravi,

Please check in these areas,

1.Check the material conformed date in the sales oredr scheduleline data tab.

If the material not conformed befre monday system will take monday as the delivery date.

2.Check the shipping point calendar assignment through OVXD transaction is it same as factory calendar or different calendar.

If that is different then check the working days in that.

Maintain same factory calendar here.

3.Please check the sales organisation calender in OVX5 transaction.

4.If te route is getting determine in the delivery creation check the Route stage caledar in OVTC transaction.

5.Please check the customer recieving hours also in the customer master.

Hi,

Plz check the Factory Calender fo Shipping Point /Plant and Sales org.

Maintain Saturday as a working Day.

Also check the Unloading Point of the customer in CMD

Factory Calender for shipping point and plant will play the key role here. Ideally maintain the factory calender such that it considered all days working.

Hi there,

Check if the same calender is assigned in shipping point, route & sales org. All the calenders should mention Saturday as working day.

Also check if there are any unloading pouints defined in customer master. Check if deliveries are allowed on Saturdays in unloading points.
